Impact Aid Survey

We need your help! Completing your Impact Aid Survey not only supports our school but also gives your child’s class a chance to win exciting rewards.

Here’s how it works:

• Complete the survey by October 12th to be entered into a drawing for a prize.
• Complete the survey by October 19th to be entered into a second drawing.
• First class to reach 100% completion wins a stuffed animal bracelet for each student.
• First grade level to reach 100% completion wins a class reward.
