2024-25
Goal 1
- By the end of SY25, students with disabilities in grades 3-5 will increase from 50% to 65% % as measured by the Spring SOL reading assessment.
- By the end of SY25, students with disabilities in fourth grade will increase from 25% to 50% as measured by the Spring SOL reading assessment.
Goal 2
- By the end of SY25, students with disabilities in grades 3-5 will increase from 75% to 80% % as measured by the Spring SOL math assessment.
- By the end of SY25, students with disabilities in fourth grade will increase from 25% to 50% as measured by the Spring SOL math assessment.
Goal 3
By the end of SY25, the % students in grades K-2 will at the high-risk Band according to the VALLS assessment will decrease by 10%. Fall data indicated that 26% in (24 students) K, 28% (26 students) in 1st grade, and 24 % (25 students) in 2nd grade fell in the at-risk bands. 13 out of the 30 tested in 3rd grade fell within the high-risk band.
Goal 4
By the end of the SY25, 90% of GBES staff feel somewhat satisfied or very satisfied with their employment experience. Data from the YCSD September monthly pulse survey indicated that 77.27% of staff feel somewhat satisfied or very satisfied with their employment experience.
Goal 5
By the end of SY25, PLC teams will increase their overall scoring on the division PLC rubric by at least one band.
Goal 6
By the end of the SY25, the overall percentage of suspensions and number of conduct referrals will be decreased by 10%.
The percentage of students that are chronically absent will decrease to below 10% in the 2024-25 school year.
